Our Purpose:

2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV) says: "Study to show thyself approved unto God... rightly dividing the word of truth."
On Saturdays at 9:00 AM in Room 311, the men gather under the direction of Deacon Harris Richardson and Brother Henry Heyward in Bible study and fellowship. The current study is entitled, "Forged in the Fire, Shaped by
the Master".
The Men's Ministry of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church is focused on helping men grow in their God-given roles and to encourage and exhort one another toward maturity in Christ.
Men of God:

Shiloh Sponsors Pack 294

Did you know that Shiloh sponsors its very own Cub and Boy Scouts?
Pack 294, under the leadership of
Cubmaster Jeffrey King, belongs in essence to Shiloh. The Men's Ministry is partnering with Jeffrey King to develop a strong pack base for our young boys here and in the community.

Men, like the Boston Red Sox, you are asked to step up to the plate and take responsibility for Scout Pack 294. We need leaders and mentors, pack committee members, and helpers to assist in building character and integrity amongst our young boys and guide our youth toward a bright and promising future. Interested men can reach Jeff at 338-9763.
Tiger Scouts (1st and 2nd Grades), Cub Scouts (3rd and 4th), Webelos Scouts (5th and 6th) and Boy Scouts (`12-18 Years)
Men's Chorus and Praise Team

We welcome our new Director of the Music Ministry, Xavien Phillips, to the Shiloh Family. Men, 18 and older, are encouraged to join the Men's Chorus and Praise Team, which consists of a select group of men who provide special praise and worship music. Rehearsals for both groups are the third and fourth Saturdays at 10:00 AM, and the Saturday prior to First Sunday, also at 10:00 AM.
Contact Xavien Phillips or the Assistant Director of Music, Rev. Ben Williams, through the church office at 276-6673 if you are interested in using and developing your vocal or musical talents.

Men's Sunday Bible Class
Rev. Robert Mitchell leads a Men's Sunday Bible Class in questions and answers and Bible study. John 5:39 says "Search the Scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life..." In this class, the brethren are asked to bring bible passages and questions so that we may search and find God's answers to many of our unanswered questions. The searching and researching often leads to extended Bible study in areas that nuture our lives. Please join us in Rev. Mitchell's class on Sundays at 9:45 AM in the American Baptist Churches (ABC) building, located behind the church's rear parking lot.
